New build construction

On a new build, carrying out our own groundworks is of particular value. The excavation, drainage and slab determine every date that follows, and where these stages are subcontracted they are the ones most often delayed. Keeping them in-house allows us to hold the programme from the outset.

We build in stone, brick and block, working either to an architect’s completed drawings or alongside an architect from the earliest sketch stage.

Residential developments and new commercial units are both undertaken by the same team, to the same standards.
