Commercial construction and refurbishment

A commercial building has to work from the day it opens, and we plan the programme around that: how the space will be used, which parts of the business have to keep running throughout, and what can reasonably be taken out of service and for how long.

Groundworks and structure are carried out by our own operators rather than subcontracted. This gives us direct control of the earliest and most critical stages of the programme, which are the stages on which every later date depends.

Our commercial work includes the headquarters, warehouse and retail interior for Sophie Allport, new production units built from the ground up, and works for the Crown Hotel on Broad Street in Stamford.
